FREE PRIZE DRAW –
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is We Are MBC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 05692594 and registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England EC2A 4NE (“Promoter”).

  1. Eligibility

2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility.

  1. Entry Period

3.1 The prize draw opens at midnight on 26th March 2026 and closes at midnight on 24th April 2026 (“Closing Date”).
3.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

  1. How to Enter

4.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4.2 To enter, participants must scan the QR code and complete the online entry form hosted on the Promoter’s website, providing the requested details.
4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.4 Multiple entries from the same individual (including via duplicate details, IP address monitoring, or other technical means) may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault or failure.

  1. The Prize

5.1 The prize is: A tour and gin-making school experience at Hawkridge Distillery, located at East Barn, Manor Farm Barns, Hampstead Norreys, Berkshire RG18 0TR.
5.2 The prize is for up to 6 (six) persons.
5.3 The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, or additional expenses unless expressly stated.
5.4 The prize is subject to availability and the distillery’s own terms and conditions.
5.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

  1. Winner Selection

6.1 One winner will be selected at random using a random number generator from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Winner Notification

7.1 The winner will be notified via email or telephone using the contact details provided within 7 days of the draw.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within 3 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7.3 The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of the winner in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code). Individuals may object to this by contacting the Promoter, although the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  1. Data Protection

8.1 By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be collected and processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
8.2 Entrants may also be contacted for marketing and business development purposes where they have provided appropriate consent.
8.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://wearembc.com/privacy-policy/
8.4 Entrants may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

  1. Liability

9.1 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except where it is caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
9.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

  1. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.3 By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
