Our idea for the identity sought to capture the glitz and glamour of such a star-studded event. We undertook research and developed several concepts, before we finally settled on the final identity. The logo itself captured the essence of what the awards were about i.e. recognition, in the symbol of a star. We used the key colours from each of Global’s radio brands within the logo, and set the style for the creative roll-out of all visual assets at the event and across all social platforms.
The inaugural Global Awards were held on the 6th March 2018 at the Eventim Apollo, and were attended by a star-studded line up. The awards ceremony was a complete success and our client was very happy with the result and as such our involvement with the branding and identity for the awards continues into 2019.
